Clearance Procedure for Auchi Polytechnic Freshers – 2014/15

Following the release of the Auchi Polytechnic, AUCHIPOLY 2nd batch admission list, the management of the institution released the clearance procedure for all candidates offered provisional admission into the polytechnic for the 2014/2015 academic session.

Admitted students are advised to go to the school for their clearance with the following documents;
1. Original Jamb Result with Passport Photograph.
2. WAEC certificate or statement of result or online printout.
3. Acknowledgement slip used during screening
4. Admission Letter: either from School or Jamb. if none, note your admission is not genuine
6. Birth certificate or Sworn Affidavit of Declaration of Age
7. L.G.A certificate or Sworn Affidavit of Local Govt. of Origin..
